In recent years, the discussion of risk and its management in financial and banking interpretations has always been considered. Due to the constant changes in environmental factors and economic systems, different risks affect the financial structure of banks every day. Based on the fact that in Islamic jurisprudence, receiving additional money from the borrower is forbidden, the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran in 1983, passed the law on interest-free banking operations, which was implemented in 1984. Iran is one of the few countries in which only Islamic banks are active in their economic system. In most Islamic countries, both banking systems are active. Islamic banking and finance system, considering its special features, faces risks that its identification and management. It is very important so that it can design methods, standards, training, and systems to control, reduce, and prevent adverse events that have a devastating effect on the life of the bank. Risk management styles due to the structural differences between Islamic banking and conventional banking, require careful consideration and identification of structural differences in the banking system. Considering that Islamic banks of Iran, in addition to the risks in conventional banks, face their risks, therefore, in addition to risk management tools in conventional banks, there is a need to use solutions to reduce the mentioned risks: using contracts Such as Murabaha, conditional lease, etc. To avoid profit risk, designing new and efficient tools that can compete with conventional methods to deal with liquidity risk, establish mechanisms to carefully examine investment opportunities to deal with risk Credit.
