چکیده مقاله:

People who are addicted to drugs consider themselves to be more intelligible than others, especially in their using drug period, they consider themselves the rightful owner and are expected of all the creditors and blamed everyone for their work and their desires and their mistakes. Because their most prominent psychological attributes are fascination. Parents' addicts and spouse mischievous or inappropriate behaviors make parents a priority in their tendency to addiction. Eliminating the economic, social, and re-employment problems of the addict has succeeded in abandoning and re-admitting ones as a healthy person in the community, workplace and family is one of the things that can help prevent a person from turning over into addiction. One of the scientific solutions for preventing the recurrence of addiction is the short-term use of naltrexone with psychotherapy and the root causes of an individual's tendency toward narcotics .Major elements of cognitive-behavioral programs include a combination of methods and training of social skills that are summarized as life skills. Which in general include the abilities that contribute to the promotion of mental health of the people of the community, the richness of human relationships, increased health and behavior at the community level. Plans that teach life skills, as well as programs that are similar to life skills training programs, and skills such as cognitive skills, behavioral self-confidence, resistance to stress, control, anxiety, teach effective communication and refusal skills. There are positive results in the prevention of substance abuse and coping skills and its effective factors have an important role in reducing consumption and preventing recurrence in the consumer.
