Metastatic osteosarcoma in the juvenile male German shepherd,histopathologic, cytological and radiographic diagnosis

Osteosarcoma (OSA) is one of the most malignant bone tumor of animals and also human, that resulting in early mortality and sometimes could be treat at the first stages of incidence. In present study, an osteosarcoma from the one third proximal region of humerus of three-years-old male German shepherd describe that appear as chip fracture in first diagnosis. This patient euthanized cause of aggressive pulmonary metastasis after about one month and cytology and pathologic investigation performed as routine methods. The significant concept of this report is the attention to the age of tumor that considered in this breed in middle ages about 7-years-old but there are threads even around younger animals such this patient.
