The Relation Intellectual Capital of Teachers and Human Resources Productivity in 2 nd Area,s Schools of Sanandaj

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of teachers 'intellectual capital on teachers' manpower productivity in the 2nd district Schools of Sanandaj. Using Bontis (1988) and Mon and Kim (2006), indicators such as intellectual capital and intellectual capital relate to the use of manpower productivity. The research method is applied in terms of the purpose and in terms of collecting descriptivesurvey data. The community consists of all teachers in district 2 of Sanandaj who have more than 15 years of work experience with 430 people. Using Cochran's formula, 200 people were calculated Sampling method in this research is randomized-systematic sampling method and data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. To assess the validity of the information gathering tool, content validity (using academic and education experts) And the reliability of the data collection tool has more than 70 hundred indicators, all of which are reliable for data analysis. Data analysis methods have been used for multiple linear regressions. The results show that the level of explanation of independent variables on the productivity of manpower is. Also, the effects of structural and intellectual capital variables arerelated to the value of t, all of which are less than significant (0.05) significant
