Presenting an entrepreneurial university model with a psychological maturity approach and mental readiness of employees

The concept of entrepreneurial university has been seriously considered by experts and theorists in the field of higher education in the last two decades. Entrepreneurship strengthening and development will be a solution to the employment problem, and the University of Entrepreneurship will promote entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to explain the structural relationships of environmental factors affecting the entrepreneurial university with the approach of psychological maturity of employees of applied science centers in Mazandaran province. The research method was descriptive and survey and to test the research hypothesis, structural equation test was used by laser software. The statistical population studied by all managers and employees of applied science centers in Mazandaran province was about 5000 people. The questionnaire was distributed among 357 sample individuals based on Morgan s table, of which 353 flawless questionnaires were collected for analysis. The results of data analysis collected through the distribution of a questionnaire among 353 people in applied science centers of Mazandaran province, have shown that the relationship between observable variables with latent meaning is significant and has a high standard coefficient; That is, all observer variables affect and explain the latent variable. The priority of the variables is four infrastructures, which are macroeconomic factors, social and cultural values and attitudes, and the quality of public administration, respectively.
