Future of vehicles, with considering of amphibious and multi phases vehicles

The development of the transportation system is really important in this century. about 100 years ago the first airplane flying successfully, but now airplanes are one of the most important parts of the transporting system, especially in the long-range destination. In this case, also, the amphibious vehicle and flying cars have been a dream for this system, many people believe that the multi-phase vehicle might change the future of the transportation system and scientists and engineers have been working on that [1]. This article tries to consider these kinds of the vehicle from the past till now and check out some of them that are more practical to inspire for building better ones in the future. Another aim is considering to all of them for reaching more efficient multi phase vehicles with combining flying cars and amphibious vehicles or inventing the new generation of that. also, trying to find some ways for building better infrastructures like roads, air routes, etc with considering them.
