Synthesis of a new (19-crown-5) sulfoxoaza crown ether and inves ga on of it,sapplication in nano technology

The possibility to prepare and use submicrometer-sized patterns in successive functionalization reactios with quaternary ammonium salts and (functional) chlorosilanes, as well as cationic gold nanoparticles, is presented. [1,19-dioxa, 5,10-diaza, dibenzosulfoxo(19-crown-5)] was prepared by reaction of epch and isopropylalchohol. This compound has application in nanolithography.
