چکیده

The main goal of the human resource training in the projects is to help the workers having better performance. It causes more satisfaction in achieving the main goals. Due to the presence and involvement of the human factor in all prospects of the project, human resource management can play an important role for improving the performance of the project team by designing of the programs and systems for the training of the project members. The training of the required skills is necessary to gain more profit from projects. Hence, the evaluation of the project team members’ satisfaction from the training courses and the effects of the training facilities on the employees learning are essential. This research method is descriptive-survey, which includes a researcher-made questionnaire based on the reliable articles and considering of the goals and assumptions. Data analysis shows the positive effect of the training on the performance improvement of the project team members. The results illustrate the positive effect of the members’ satisfaction from the implementation of training courses as a mediator variable on the performance improvement of the project team members.
