On the role of intellectual capital and strategic entrepreneurship in organizational performance: empirical evidence from Iran SMEs

In the light of the key role intellectual capital and entrepreneurship has for firms the current study examines interrelation between intellectual capital and strategic entrepreneurship in organizational performance. Data are gathered from 322 managers in 129 firms SMEs in the scope of IRAN mill and steel industry. in each company three types of surveys were distributed among two-three members of top management teams. results indicate that both kind of independent variables and their subscales correlate with organizational performance.
