چکیده مقاله:

In this paper, the buckling behavior of thin-walled GFRP cylindrical shell with lozenge lattice pattern formed by helical and circumferential ribs under axial force is analyzed .In this analysis different models of composite isogrid stiffened shell that have the same geometrical ( thickness and length of shell and shape of lattice) and material properties of shell and ribs are used. Ribs have constant section area but with different profile that makes different mechanical properties in the structures. Hence the effect of different stiffener shape and profile on buckling strength is studied .For analysis and modeling of structures FEA method and ANSYS are used. The results (elastic buckling load) for every model is derived and compared with results of other models. results of FEA is also compared with experimental result for one of profile that has been experienced previously .The main factor for comparing the results for all structures is the ratio of buckling strength to weight
