The Evolution Of Cybercrime And Its Solutions In Iranian Law

Today, the ICT debate, whose clear manifestation is cyberspace, has brought a new issue to theforensic scientists. The difference between cybercrime and traditional crime is that the conventionalcriminal approach and its known and known criminal approach are not responsive to these crimes. Thecharacteristics of such crimes are transboundary, ease of crime and unknown perpetrators. Thesecharacteristics and the dependence of modern life structures on cyber technology have made itnecessary to explain a different criminal approach. It can be said that due to the documented incidents,these crimes are increasing dramatically. This article attempts to analyze a new approach by looking atthe Islamic Penal Code of Iran in the field of cybercrime.
