چکیده مقاله:

In recent years, 1,4-dihydropyrimidines synthesis has attracted great interest due to its biological effects. In general, dihydropyrimidine drugs such as nifedipine, nicardipine, amlodipine etc, have significant effects on behavior of blood vessels within coronary artery. 4-aryl-1,4-dihydropyridines are calcium channel blockers and the very heterocyclic rings have biological effects such as those of antitumor and blood glucose controlling drug[1-3]. In this study, dihydropyrimidine derivatives synthesis by nano CeO2/SnO2 as an efficient catalyst from reaction of benzaldehyde, ethyl acetoacetate and urea derivatives with high efficiency is reported.
