چکیده مقاله:
Mounting interest is recently expressed for surface functionalization of nanocatalysts in which the nanoscale architecture of active centre plays a dominant role in determining their efficiency and selectivity [1-3]. In this regard, the use of supported magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) materials has been efficiently employed as heterogeneous catalysts. Here we prepared a nanocatalyst by immobilization of the Cu(II)-L-Histidine complex on magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles. Copper (II) bound to L-histidine is inequilibrium with human serum albumin and may undergo common exchange which modulates the bioavailability of copper to thecell. Cu(II)/L-His@Fe3O4 as a novel, efficient and green nanocatalyst was applied successfully in the synthesis of heterocycliccompounds. The resulted catalyst was used in the synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones, polyhydroquinolines and 2-amino-6-(arylthio) pyridine-3,5-dicarbonitrile as biologically interesting compounds (scheme 1). The present research is focused oninvestigation of recycling, reusability and stability of the catalyst in the phase reaction. The Cu(II)/L-His@Fe3O4 was used at leastsix times with comparable activities to that of fresh catalyst. The results of the TGA/DTG, EDS, XRD, VSM, FT-IR and SEMcharacterization confirmed the structure and composition of the catalyst were stable.
