چکیده

Background and Aim : The aim of this study was to Investigating the relationship between Depression and quality of life in MS patient: determining the mediating role of anger.Methods : 130 patients were selected by convenience sampling of MS association of Qom. Participants filled out the STAXI-2, Beck-II and SF-36 questionnaire. Then, data were analyzed by using correlation and structural equation modeling tests.Results : Findings indicated that there is a significant correlation between depression and quality of life in MS patient. The statistical model for measuring the mediating role of anger in the relationship between depression and quality of life fitted well with the data. The effect of depression on quality of life was statistically significant. Anger (P < 0.01, b = 0.42) had a significant effect on depression.Conclusion : Anger and depression had a significant correlation with mobile dependency, but when impacted by a model, impulsivity had stronger and more predictive effects on mobile dependency.
