Synthesis and Electromagnetite Absorption Characteristics of Fe3O4@ZnO@S Core-Shell Nanoparticles

چکیده

In this research, Fe3O4@ZnO@S core-shell successfully synthesized, characterized and their properties have been studied. First each of nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrothermal method and XRD pattern revealed the formation of compounds. Then Fe3O4@ZnO core-shell synthesized by a novel method. At the end, Sulfur nanoparticles were added to Fe3O4@ZnO. The XRD, IR, SEM, EDXA, VSM, MAP were used to characterized the compounds .In characterization, IR peaks showed expected vibration for functional groups. For example in Fe3O3@ZnO@S bands in 557cm-1 attributed to Fe-O vibration. EDXA identified wt% elements in compounds. SEM showed that the prepared powder are made of spherical shape particles with and average size of about165 nm in the surface. MAP results investigate scattering shells on core. Results of VSM are without hysteresis loop and reveal that core-shell nanoparticles are superparamagnetic. The absorption bandwidth with the reflection loss below -5dB is up to the 12 GHz for an absorber with the thickness in4 mm. Thus, our results demonstrate that the Fe3O4@ZnO@S core-shell nanoparticles are attractive candidate for a electromagnetite wave absorptive materials.
