چکیده
It is important to understand the significant impact of organizational culture on jobsatisfaction while in literature there are only few studies relevant to this prominent matter.This study aimed to determine the significant impact of organizational culture, usingOrganizational Culture Profile (OCP) model, on job satisfaction within IT industry. Based onthe existing literature, a research hypothesis has been developed and tested through a study.The intended research design methodology for this dissertation was as a quantitative method.The data was collected from individual employees working for IT companies in Peninsular.Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) was implemented to determine the level of jobsatisfaction. COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
