چکیده
The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize effective factors on professionalethics in sport organizations by taking benefit from Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP).The present research is operational on objective point of view and is descriptiveanalyticalon methodological point of view. The statistical population includes generalmanagers, deputies and experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth sampled via simplerandom in identification stage. In AHP it is necessary to collect the opinions of expertsin the subject based on paired comparison; therefore, experts (top-level and middle-levelmanagers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth) are elected amongst the statisticalpopulation. The literature of the research is prepared via literature review, working onvalid scientific websites and studying scientific texts. Considering the literature of theresearch and interviewing with experts and professors who are familiar with the subjectof the research, effective factors on professional ethics in sports organizations areidentified. A questionnaire is prepared to submit the criteria and sub-criteria to thestatistical population. Finally, 27 questionnaires are prepared and submitted to theexperts, three out of which could not be used due to failure of responders to fill out thequestionnaires and only the data of 24 questionnaires are analyzed. The 3-levelhierarchy is used for prioritizing. The first level is the object of the research. The secondlevel is factors or general criteria including 4 criteria, i.e. individual factors , organizational factors , micro-environmental factors and macro-environmentalfactors . The third level is sub-criteria. After analyzing the collected information, it isidentified that micro-environmental factors have the first priority, macroenvironmentalfactors , organizational factors and individual factors have thesecond to forth priorities. Moreover, Technology from the sub-criterion of microenvironmentalfactors; globalization from the sub-criterion of macro-environmentalfactors; atmosphere and culture from the sub-criterion of the organizational factorsand gender from the sub-criterion of individual factors have established the firstpriority. Amongst 27 effective identified and prioritized sub-criteria, technology generally has the first priority.کلیدواژه ها
