چکیده

The present research with purpose of the identify of relationship between organizational cynicism and social loafing in tax organization of kurdestan province has been done. The population of the research included 350 employees of tax organization of kurdestan that of which 186 people selected as the research sample through simple random sampling method. Organizational cynicism has been studied based on Salavati's model (1392) included dimensions destructive beliefs, negative emotions, and disparaging and critical behaviors. Methodology of research is descriptive of correlation type and based on structural equation modeling. Questionnaires have been used to collect data. Reliability of questionnaires with Cronbach's alpha, respectively for the two variables was calculated to be 0.93 and 0.86. The final results showed a significant relationship between organizational cynicism and social loafing. in addition , findings indicated that dimension of destructive beliefs has the most influence on social loafing
