چکیده
the purpose of this paper is to develop a method that determines the real option value more realistically. Different stochastic phenomena affecting the real options are considered in the calculations. Present methods of calculating the real option value result in a single quantity but this single quantity is not able to state all distinct aspects of the real option value. In the proposed method, calculating real option value turns out into a stochastic variable in which, besides the mean, other characteristics such as dispersion, probability distribution are also determinedکلیدواژه ها

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
