چکیده
This study was conducted to investigate the effect of neurofeedback therapy on health anxietyand perceived stress experience in anxious adolescents in Sari City. The current researchmethod was semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. Thestatistical population of this research was all anxious teenagers referred to counseling centersin Sari City in ۲۰۲۳. The statistical sample in this research includes ۳۰ anxious teenagers (۱۵for the control group and ۱۵ for the experimental group) who were selected throughconvenience sampling. The data collection tool was the Perceived Stress ExperienceQuestionnaire by Cohen and colleagues and the Health Anxiety Questionnaire by Salkoskisand Warwick. This research used descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) andinferential statistics to analyze the data, following the assumptions of multivariate analysis ofcovariance (MANCOVA) with Spss software version ۲۶. The results obtained from theresearch show that neurofeedback treatment had a positive effect on health anxiety andperceived stress experienced by anxious teenagers.کلیدواژه ها
