Investigating the effect of Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas putida and Glomus mosseaefungi on root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne javanica) in laboratory conditions

چکیده
Root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne javanica), is one of the most important plant parasitic nematodesin the world and has the widest spread in tomato fields in Iran. Thus, this experiment was conducted toinvestigate the effect of Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas putida, and Glomus mosseae on larval mortality andhatching percentage of root-knot nematode at three times ۲۴, ۴۸, and ۷۲ hours after inoculation on tomatoplant. The results of the experiment showed that bacteria and mycorrhiza fungi have a significant difference atthe level of ۱% in the percentage of larval mortality and the percentage of egg hatching compared to the control.So in all three times, the treatment of G. mosseae mushroom extract had the greatest effect on the percentageof mortality of second instar larvae and the percentage of egg hatching of the nematode M. javanica, followedby B. subtilis and P. putida, respectively. According to the obtained results, it seems that the application of biofertilizer is a promising new way to control nematode and wilting of tomatoes.کلیدواژه ها
