چکیده

Although, the theorical studies have showed that self regulation play a main role on mentalhealth, but any study has done that show the relationship between of self-regulatedlearning strategies and positive psychological wellbeing especially in female students. Theaim of the present study was to determine the relationship between students’ selfregulation learning strategies and psychological wellbeing in the female students of Shirazin the school year ۲۰۱۳- ۲۰۱۴. Method: The sample consisted of ۱۷۰female students fromShiraz schools were chosen with multi stage cluster sampling. They completed selfregulation questionnaire (Buofart, ۱۹۹۵) and well being psychology (Ryff, ۱۹۸۹). for dataanalysis, Pearson correlations and regression analysis with stepwise methods were used.The results indicated that positive correlation between self regulation (Meta cognitional,cognitional & motivational) with well being psychology Also the results showed that Metacognitional and motivational could۱۷% significantly predict well being psychology.
