چکیده

Today's technologies are increasingly affecting health care. In recent years, with the development of the internet, smart hardware and big data, wearable technology has developed rapidly in various fields such as healthcare. Wearable technology refers to any sensor that is worn on a person and provides continuous and remote monitoring for a wide range of patients with multiple problems. The aim of this systematic review based on current evidence of the application of wearable technologies in health. A systematic review, limited to the last two years, was searched by searching for keywords in the title, abstract and keywords of studies in the authoritative scientific databases of Embase, Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed on February ۱۹, ۲۰۲۲. The studies, which were based on the title and content of a possible answer to the question, were reviewed by two researchers independently. Titles and abstracts were screened independently based on eligibility criteria. Complete texts were then retrieved and screened independently based on eligibility criteria. Inclusion criteria include studies in English focusing on the two main terms of wearable technologies and health, original randomized controlled trial articles published in reputable scientific journals, access to the full text of articles and studies that, based on title and content, provide a possible answer to the question. They had research. Exclusion criteria included abstracts without full-text, the absence of one of the keywords in the title or text of the articles, and studies that did not provide any scientific, theoretical, laboratory, or statistical evidence. A total of ۳۶ studies were included. Wearable technologies included a wide range of diseases and problems. Applications of wearable technology in health include continuous monitoring of vital signs including controlling patients' blood pressure, medical counseling including psychological counseling to improve patients' lifestyles, monitoring patients' physical activity, prevention of type ۲ diabetes, weight management, management of developmental neurological disorders Children included early remote diagnosis including diagnosis of anxiety, monitoring adherence to treatment, and biofeedback interventions. One of the most important applications of wearable technologies was to improve patients' lifestyles by helping to monitor and monitor patients. Due to the exponential course of the use of wearable technologies in the health of patients, it promises to develop and use it more in any place of the disease. One of the most important applications of wearable technologies is to improve patients' lifestyles. Because with continuous monitoring and supervision, it improves and changes patients' living habits. Given the potential impact of wearable technologies on patients' health and performance monitoring, it is suggested that future studies be conducted to improve accessibility, increase affordability, and remove barriers to further development of this technology in other areas of the disease.
