Impact of Total Quality Management element on Innovation Management in Production Organizations. Case study: shouder faucets

Recent research on quality management (TQM) has examined the relationships between the practices of quality management and various levels of organizational performance. These studies have produced results, because of the nature of the research designs used such as measuring TQM or performance on innovation management. In this paper is to review the literature on the relationship between quality management (TQM) and innovation management in production organization. The most recent studies investigated the TQM-innovation relationship and involved production industries in its scope have been reviewed. A discussion on the TQM practices in Shouder company is presented and shown the TQM has importance effect in innovation type in Shouder company
