Twist extrusion process is a type of Severe Plastic Deformation (SPD) method in order to produce a nano structure. In this study, samples with the cross section of 28*18 mm and length of 70 mm were used. The mean grain size of the samples was about 100μm. TE was conducted under the ambient temperature condition. The mechanical and metallurgical properties of the nano-Cu produced by three clockwise twist extrusions were examined. The ductility of the nano Cu reduced 35% and the hardness increased 120% approximately. The study showed that the grain size distributions across the sample were not uniform
