چکیده
Central to the philosophy of the establishment of civil society (Hobbes, 1651) and indeed global community, is the issue of disorder management and order maintenance. Thus, theoretical and practical discourses on human existence and sustainable development rest upon the ‘idea of security and safety’ of the lives and properties of people. Modern societies therefore accord great importance to security structures which affect not only broader society, but also underpin micro-social networks.
