Efect of the Interaction between HAS and Dichlorovos in the Presence of Silver Nanoparticle by Fluorescence Spectroscopic

چکیده
Protein is an important chemical substance in our life and the major target of many types of medicine in the body. So far, there have been many examples in studying the molecular interactions of different kinds of drugs with various cellular proteins. However, reports on the interaction of effective chemical compound present in Chinese herbal medicine with cellular protein are still scarce. Serum albumin, the most abundant protein in the blood circulatory system, plays an important role in the transport and deposition of a variety of endogenous and exogenous substances such as fatty acids, hormones, and drugs. It has been one of the most extensively stud-ied proteins. Human serum albumin (HSA) is the most important and abundant constituent of blood plasma. Recently, the three-dimensional structure of HSA was determined through X-ray crystallographic measurement. Organophosphate poisoning has significant gastrointestinal manifestations including vomiting, diarrhea, cramps and increased salivation. We report an uncommon gastrointestinal complication of multiple small intestinal perforations following organophosphorus poisoning. Dichlorvos (DDVP), an organo phosphorus pesticide used for indoor insect and livestock parasite control, is among the most common commercially available pesticides. There are, however, significant concerns over its acute and chronic toxicity. Nano particulate delivery systems are extensively investigated as a drug delivery strategy in the pharmaceutical research. In general, nano carri-ers may protect a drug from degradation, enhance drug absorption by facilitating diffusion through epitheli-um, modify pharma cokinetic and drug tissue distribution profile and/or improve intracellular penetration and distribution. Furthermore, by modulating the surface properties, composition and milieu, the desired release pattern of the drug and its biodistribution can be achieved. fluorescence intensities were corrected for inner filter and dilution effects before any data analysis was carried out. In the fluorescence measurements, the exci-tation wavelengths were set to 280 and 295 nm and the scan speed was 500 nm/min. According to the obtained spectra it was found that with an increase in Dicholorvos to human serum albumin, fluorescence quenching was made. By studying spectra, it can be seen that the maximum wavelength of albumin went toward the shorter wavelengths when concentration of Dicholorvos increases. This indicates that the Dicholorvos causes inducing changes concentration in the spatial structure of the protein. Also, the transmitting of wavelength means to reduce polarization around Koroma for and increasing in hydrophobic. The results of this article can be used to find ways to reduce the free concentration of Dichlorvos in the bloodکلیدواژه ها
