Study the Effect of Effective Factors in Wool Yarn Dyeing with Chrozophora Tinctoria with Taguchi Method Experimental Design

چکیده
Plants are huge source of natural dyes and different parts of them such as leaves,fruit, seed, flower, bark and root are used. Many parts of plants are capable of producing a range of colures with various mordants and yarn. In addition, when properly applied, natural dye are fast, resisting fading due to exposure to sunlight. Chrozophora tinctoria is the annual and herbaceous plant from Euphorbiaceae that used of it to producing of red, blue and yellow dye in many parts of the world. In addition, it has produced various color spectra with various mordant. In this research, wool yarns were dyed with Chrozophora tinctoria and Al mordant with taguchi method. In dyeing were considered effective factors such as content of mordant, content of chromogen, dye bath volume, pH and dyeing time. Results showed that analysis of variance wash and light fastness properties of dyed samples have significant difference to pH and dyeing time with p< 0.05. color spectra yields from performed experiments were restricted area of beige, lemon and light yellow. Results of CIE Lab coordinates from samples, showed positive a and b that conquering red and yellow and also high L showing of brightness color.کلیدواژه ها
