چکیده

The vehicle routing problems (VRP) is one of the important problems in distribution and transportation systems. The subject of this paper is modeling the periodic vehicle routing problem with soft time windows and split delivery (PVRPSTWSD). This paper is a variation of classical vehicle routing problem (VRP) in which the planning period extends from a single day to T days, vehicles are allowed to service customers before and after the earliest and latest time windows bounds, respectively and the option splitting of demand makes. It possible to service the costumers whose demands exceedthe vehicle capacity.
