Ionic imprinted polymers have been applied as selective sorbents in several analytical techniques, including liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis and solid-phaseextraction. In this paper, the printed polymer synthesis method ionic imprinted polymer, (IIP), of the synthesized polymers in comparison with similar non-printed polymerselective separation of small amounts of Cobalt in natural tissuesare consided placed.Parameters are involved in the separation of. In this study, the printed polymer ion-ionselectivity than CO (II) binary complexes with CO (II) was prepared Pyrogallol. Polymerization to do around this complex and produced by pyrogallol monomer and cross linker formaldehyde in time 42 hours at a temperature of 06 Celsius was done them andion Cobalt -printed (as targets) using a solution of 6 1 M nitric acid, the figure came out ofthe polymer. The FT-IR apparatus was identified and interpreted. After the printed polymer synthesis, the parameters such as effective pH, amount of polymer on absorption, polymerabsorption time, temperature, concentration and volume of nitric acid to separate the optimal cation polymer surface were studied. The optimal pH value for the quantitative preconcentration is 5, and full desorption is achieved by 1M HNO3. The results suggested that these IIPs can be used several times without considerable loss of adsorption capacity
