چکیده

In this article, at first seismic behavior of Eccentrically Braced Frames with Double Vertical Link (DV-EBF)are briefly discussed and then a case study in relation with rehabilitation is presented it illustrates the application of the suggested system in which X-bracing system, chevron, eccentric brace with horizontal link, eccentric brace with single vertical link, and eccentric brace with double vertical link are used to strengthening it. For the seismic evaluation and strengthening , Instruction for Seismic Rehabilitation of Existing Buildingsis (Code No. 360) used and the applied analysis is pushover. The result of this study reveals proper seismic behavior and the effectives of the suggested system, considering the existing limitation in strengthening.
