چکیده
We study the effects of carbon nanotube (CNT) between two graphene nanopores (GNS) onthe DNA sequencing. We use street molecular dynamics simulations to reveal that the singlebaseresolution detection of DNA possible by pulling a single-stranded DNA through twointerconnecting GNS by CNT. By repeating pulling procedure and analyzing the peak valuesof the pulling force profile, each nucleotide in DNA can be identified, In particular cytosineand thymineThat distinguish them from each other is unclear until now.کلیدواژه ها
