چکیده
Power Stations have a core role in Energy sector. Maintenance in Power stations is an indispensable part of the stability of power product process and plays an important role in a power Company‘s success and survival. The main purpose of maintenance is to ensure equipment functions at its original optimal level. Thus, the knowledge and skills of operators are crucial and in demand. Today‘s Knowledge management in maintenance has become a critical success factor. This paper, by the glimpse review of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as the base of maintenance practices, presents a knowledge management of maintenance activities transfer method. Knowledge management is a process that a companycannot avoid, because it is a step in providing the necessary information for business performance measurements. Based on the knowledge management system for a consultant company, this paper propose a knowledge repository or warehouse for maintenance activities that consists of four elements: best practice, databases, discussion forums and assessment tools. Each element has its own role and contribution towards better maintenance activities. Therefore, knowledge management has a deep relationship with performance evaluation or measurement. It will be useful to researchers, managers, maintenance professionals and others concerned with maintenance to understand the significance of Knowledge management in power stations maintenance.کلیدواژه ها

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
