چکیده

A novel screen printed carbon electrode (SPCE) molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) based nanosensor has been developed for detection of streptomycin (STR) as a template molecule in real biological and food samples in aqueous media with the help of electrochemical method. The effect of different parameters such as MIP and Multiwall Carbon Nano Tube (MWCNT) amounts on preparation of the electrode, also pH of pre-concentration solution and time of the STR accumulation on the oxidation current of accumulated STR at the electrode surface were investigated and optimized with Central Composite Design. The optimum conditions for construction of MIP based SPCE nanosensor including 0.0105 g MIP and 0.0033 g MWCNT, also best condition for accumulation and pre-concentration of STR on electrode surface were found to be solution pH of 8.0 duration 26 min. The modified electrode exhibited wide linear response range of 20-90 nM and 90 -600 nM and low limit of detection 7.1 nM for STR determination. Finally, the analytical performance of this nanosensor was applied to determine as real samples with satisfactory results
