چکیده

The violation in the SLA (Service Level Agreement) of Web service or SBA (Service Based Application), and a highly volatile environment where they run, also the new requirements, makes a big challenge to provide high quality web service. On the contrary the service adaptation mechanism try to select a proper adaptation strategy for the running composition of service to meet the SLA. Because of fuzzily behavior of web service. In this paper we propose a Hierarchical fuzzy inference system that correlate quality factors monitored from multi-layer, which represent the proper solution to work with in run time, and build self-adaptive web services.
