چکیده
As the average age of Iran Air’s employees has been increasing over the years and over half of them are eligible for retirement within the next 3-5 years, a tremendous opportunity exists for knowledge management in this large government company. The identification, capture, application, sharing, dissemination, and creation of knowledge will be critical functions for Iran Air to preserve its knowledge base. This paper highlights the unique challenges faced by this large government organization in capturing and managing its current knowledge, based on a three-month field study and direct observation conducted in years 2005 and 2006, and offers applicable knowledge management strategies as a short-term remedy to its current dilemma.کلیدواژه ها

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
