چکیده
Drug delivery at a specified time and place is leaded to dose modificationside effects Reduction and faster healing. Three parameters, time, location and release rate can be control in controlled drug delivery systems. Hydrogels are sensitive to external stimulusas new systems are used in controlled drug delivery systems. In this study bioconsistency acrylic hydrogels synthesized by ultrasound were studied to examine controlled drug release of Aspirin. It was found that hydrogel formation is faster in the presence of ultrasound than in its absence. The results show that ultrasonic irradiation significantly reduces reaction time and increases efficiency. Additionally, increasing glycerol in the solution changes the viscosity of the reaction for the better and increases the reaction rate. Also, we studied hydrogels sensitivity and swelling, and rate of drug release in different temperatures and pH. Thereforethese hydrogels are capable for rapid drug loading and releasing according to the structure of high porous and sufficiency controllable with pH and temperature. Also, the results showed that in the environment body simulation, hydrogels are suitable options for controlled drug delivery in the intestinal environment. The ultrasonic polymerization method described here has a wide range of applications such a biomaterial synthesis where initiators are not desiredکلیدواژه ها
