چکیده

the goal of this study was to survey the factors influencing the productivity of human resource a The Company manufactures household appliances(Emersan). Human resource management (HRM) is a term which is now widely used but very loosely defined.The company manufactures household appliances (Emersan) are important factors in economic growth of each country and have been attendant by politicians as one of the main tools for increasing the employment. In developed countries, this industry is considered as one of the most important governmental priorities due to employment, economic growth and etc.In this paper, we investigate the impassive factors on the productivity of personnel of Mother Company of manufactures household appliances(Emersan) in Iran . The role of this organization in economic growth is undeniable. Therefore,it has been considered as a good case study in this field. First, the effective factors on human resources promotion are determined by reviewing the related literature and after that they are prioritized using Fridman's test.
