چکیده
Photoluminescence (PL) analysis is a simple, versatile and nondestructive tool for studying the optical properties of semiconductor nanostructures. Various deposition methods and morphologies changed the emission band in semiconductor nanostructures. In this article, we will study optical properties of three different morphologies of Lead Selenide (PbSe) structures such as nanowires, multiple-dendritic and nanorods and then will compare PL results of these nanostructures. PL spectra of these Lead Selenide (PbSe) nanostructures were collected by a Jobin Yvon-Lobram spectrometer. It will be shownthat with increasing particle size the PL peak of these PbSe nanostructures undergoes a blue-shift and band gap energy also increases.کلیدواژه ها
