چکیده

Natural hazards are threatening events that if they happen and leave damages and injuries to the human population which they exposed to the risk, they are called natural disasters. Although we cannot completely mitigate the damages caused by natural disasters but by study and planning in this field we can reduce their vulnerability. So it is necessary to study and awareness of vulnerability dimensions in order to deal with them. This study follow to provide and classification of factors that they are effective in vulnerability. The purpose of this paper is to recognizing the importance degree of each factor compared to other factors. This classification can help to assessment of vulnerability of community according to its specific characteristics in each factor. In order to we used from ISM model. We filled 15 questionnaires in order to assessment of relationship among factors. The results of present work showed that factors of naturally, economic and Physical factors and infrastructure have the most impacts.
