چکیده

The goal of this study was surveying on relationship between organizational commitment &Kabaddi Board volunteer motivationsof Chaharmahal&Bakhtiari, Kohgiluyeh&Boyerahmad, Bushehr, Khuzestan, Isfahan and Fars Provinces. The (statistical) population were all employees of Kabaddi Board in mentioned provinces, the statistical sample selected based on Morgan table & 80 persons of them were selected randomly, for obtaining the goals were used Allen & Meyers’ motivation & organizational commitment questionnaire(1990). The justifiability was confirmed by professors & the reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s Alpha & for analyzing the collected data was used statistical methods such as; Pearson’s correlation coefficient, F test, independent samples test.The results of this study showed that there is positive relationship between affective commitment & motivation, but there is not meaningful relationship between continuing commitment & normative commitment with motivation. Based on the obtained results of ANOVA (analysis variance test) can say that there is not a significant difference among the views of provinces employee. Also regarding to the results of independent sample test can say there is no significant difference between women & men organizational commitment.
