چکیده

This paper presents a tunable mixed-mode universal filter including five OTAs and one low-power capacitance multiplier. The circuit is capable of fulfilling orthogonal tuningof and . Due to biasing all MOS transistors in subthreshold region, minimum power dissipation is obtained and because of utilizing grounded capacitors it is estimated to have lessen parasitic effects. Owing to employing capacitance multiplier, varying grounded capacitors which appreciatetuning and is provided. Each OTA block has designed to operate in 0.4v. In addition, the power consumption is 65uw.
