چکیده

The discussion of Islamic humanities, including religious ethics and its separation from secular science and ethics and its foundations, is an important issue of contemporary scientific groups, which has taken on a more serious trend with the issue of the software movement, and many thinkers have theorized about it. One of the first steps to enter into this problem is the possibility of religious science or the religiousization of human sciences, including the science of ethics, which in this article we discuss and examine from the perspective of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). In general, religious science has two types of foundations: scientific foundations and religious foundations. Scientific foundations are among the problems of epistemology and philosophy of science, and theological foundations belong to the field of theology and philosophy of religion. The realm of religion is one of the most important theological foundations of religious science, which is analyzed and investigated in this article. After explaining the discussion and essence of religious science, the author has investigated the effect of knowing the scope of religion in ethics as a religious science and analyzed and discussed two major approaches, minimal and maximal, in this field. The maximal theory of religion, which is rooted in the Holy Quran, the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), and the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH), is a holistic approach to religion and religious teachings and includes both worldly and hereafter aspects of religion. This point of view has been proven by referring to the direction of the calling of the prophets and the comprehensiveness, immortality, and finality of the Islamic religion.
