چکیده

In the current information world, governments and many researchers pay special attention to the electronic commerce and mechanization of all business activities. What has been suggested as the initial and simplest stage in this respect includes utilization and universality of automated transfer machines. In spite of their popularity and great development, the money transferring operation in these machines is still performed manually and with the aid of human force. Since these processes have been automated, there have to be some mechanisms in order to automatically recognize the banknote. This article, for the first time, examines the recognition of Iranian banknote. Considering the abundant application of artificial neural networks, in the suggested method we have applied the structure of artificial neural network for recognition. Moreover, at the end of this article, we have brought to your notice creating experimental samples as well as stimulations.
