چکیده

The aim of this study is to examine the impact of applying big data analytics instrategic planning and decision-making processes in professional institutions. Itelucidates the role of data specialists in analyzing these data to support informeddecision-making. Furthermore, this research identifies emerging trends andessential skills required for the professional utilization of big data. By employing aqualitative study and a systematic literature review, the potential and hiddenopportunities in using big data for future forecasting and planning are explored.This study, through descriptive analysis, clarifies the pivotal role of big data indeveloping predictive strategies and strategic decision-making within organizationsand companies. The findings indicate that big data acts as a critical and influentialelement in enhancing product development, increasing efficiency, and improvingthe profitability of companies. Therefore, leveraging the expertise of data scientistsfor formulating precise decisions and designing effective strategies is essential. Inconclusion, this study proposes actionable forecasting methods that can assistorganizations in optimizing their use of big data and creating progressive andaccurate decision-making processes. The research emphasizes the importance ofcontinuous skill development in data analytics among professionals andinstitutional adaptation to promote a data-driven culture that supports strategicforesight.
