چکیده

Solution combustion synthesis is a well-known method around the world. This method is used to manufactured different kind of nanomaterial.Goal of present study is to finding optimize fuel/oxidizer ratio in order to deposition thin film nanocomposite including copper as matrix and alumina as nano particle reinforcement on copper substrate.Broad range of F/O were examined consist of 0.9,1,1.25,1.5 and 1.75 including 25% weight percent of alumina.Products were analyzed using XRD diffraction,thickness measurmnet,time-temperture curves and pin on disc wear test.During the process temperature was recorded as a function of time.Results showed that wear resistant increased four times compared to base state in contrast of base attitude in F/O=1.5.
