چکیده

Children's rights are a set of human rights for children that focus on supporting and maintaining young people. The ۱۹۸۹ Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) defines a child as a person who has not reached the age of eighteen years. Children's rights include the right to non-discrimination, right to life, right to survival, right to development, right to registration, communication with both parents, human identity as well as basic needs for physical protection, food, public public education, health care and criminal law. Appropriate based on the child's age and development, equal protection of the child's civil rights, and freedom from discrimination based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, religion, disability, color, ethnicity, or other characteristics. The interpretation of children's rights covers a spectrum from allowing children's capacity to have agency to exercising physical, psychological and emotional opinions without any mistreatment of children. In the era of artificial intelligence, many dangers threaten children and conditions are created where their rights are violated or limited, it is necessary to pay attention to the tasks of governments in protecting and protecting children's rights at the international and domestic level. Artificial intelligence is the intelligence that appears by machines, as opposed to natural intelligence that is displayed by animals, including humans. But first of all, it should be known that the word "intelligence" indicates the possibility of reasoning, and whether artificial intelligence can achieve the ability to reason or not is a matter of dispute among researchers. In this article, the necessity of rethinking children's rights in the age of artificial intelligence is discussed.
