چکیده

Nowadays, there are different administrative systems whose main tasks are communications and improving the communications regarding the managerial and economic information and the secret of survival of the organization and its management and continuity of its activities are depend on equipping the organization with competitiveinstruments of communication and information era, i.e. information systems and information technology.One of the advantages of using information technology in an organization is that the employees can take advantage of the technology of working from a distance, whosebenefits are: quickness, saving the time, reducing the costs, using the administrative system without any paper and …. The fast growth of information technology has a significant role in optimizing the behavior of systems and managerial institutions. In this paper, we point to the role of information technology in a desirable situation. It is clear that using properly the information technology has significant role in goodorganizing and managing an organization and can facilitate the resource management, optimize the process of working, and help individuals in profitable use of the time
