چکیده

The position of the title in this section is ۱۲۰ mm from the top of the page or upper edge. The purpose of the current research was to develop an optimization model for road maintenance management tailored to the conditions of developing countries. As such the current research is a descriptive-analytical study that queries library archives as a source for data collection. That is, databases and internet sites such as the Research Institute of Information Science and Technology of Iran, SID, and MagIran were selected for the study. In library and archive-based studies, the researcher(s) conduct most of their research in libraries, which is highly popular for writings and essays. Considering that in the aforementioned research methodology, the authors spend most of their research timeframe reviewing and analyzing papers and other archival materials, the first logical step would be to get familiar with the know-how of going through written materials, which inherently involves learning how to use querying services, and finding out the optimal keywords from sources like books, articles, and journals, among others. The results obtained from the current research indicated that the job interview interval is the window during which employers can best seek to improve safety and hence mitigate the accidents of workshops in road construction projects in Iran. As such, the mere recognition of the role and attitude of active workers as the most important influencing parameter in safety-related performance bears evidence of the significance of methods and procedures through which workers are nominated and selected for working in road construction workshops. Although the role of safety training cannot be simply overlooked, employing workers with a conscientious attitude toward the issue of safety in the workshop.
