The Effects of Entrepreneurship and Business Educations on Creating Job in UniversityGraduates in Iran

چکیده

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of entrepreneurship and business educations on creating a job in university graduates in Iran. This study was conducted for all university graduates in Iran in ۲۰۱۸-۲۰۱۹. A self-made questionnaire was designed in an on-line format and was distributed by e-mail. We received an e-mail address from the university staff parts. We received a total of ۸۴۲ valid responses. A Likert scale was used for data collection. Out of students, ۴۴۱ (۵۲.۳۷%) graduated from the engineering field, ۲۳۱ (۲۷.۴۳) from basic science, ۱۲۵ (۱۴.۸۴%) of the agriculture field, and ۴۵ (۵.۳۴%) of veterinary science. The results in the model showed coefficients ۰.۶۳ and ۰.۵۷ for entrepreneurship education and business education for predicting job creation. The results for entrepreneurship education showed that knowledge, motivation, practical mode, having a benefit sense, and creation of jobs for several persons had coefficients of ۰.۳۵, ۰.۶۱, ۰.۴۱, ۰.۳۶, and ۰.۵۲. The results for business education showed that skill learning, ending problems, design a product, learning complex skills, freedom of action, providing a job for several persons, application of skills, advancement, job complexity, and conducting a job had coefficients of ۰.۳۶, ۰.۵۴, ۰.۴۱, ۰.۳۶, ۰.۳۸, ۰.۵۲, ۰.۳۹, ۰.۴۳, ۰.۳۷, and ۰.۴۳, respectively. The results for job creation showed that coefficients for job-related with education, need for the labor market, production of a product, job creation for several persons, and self-employment were ۰.۴۱, ۰.۳۷, ۰.۵۱, ۰.۶۱, and ۰.۳۷, respectively. In conclusion, providing entrepreneurship and business educations during education at university helps to find a job for entrepreneurs and several other persons.
